Welcome to WaveMAX Laundry. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, in-store services, wash-dry-fold service, and pickup-and-delivery service (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any WaveMAX Laundry website, location, or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable additional terms presented at the point of service. You also agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website and the materials on it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree NOT to:

• Modify, copy, or reproduce materials except as needed for personal use
• Use materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software or features
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the website to transmit malware, spam, or any unlawful content
• Interfere with the operation of the site or any user's enjoyment of it

This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. We may terminate this license at any time if you violate these Terms.

Wash-Dry-Fold and Pickup-and-Delivery Service

Our wash-dry-fold and pickup-and-delivery services are subject to the following:

Pricing and Minimums

• Pricing is by the pound, with location-specific minimum orders
• Detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are included unless otherwise specified
• Specialty items (down comforters, sleeping bags, pillows) and oversized items are priced separately — see your local store's price list
• Pricing may change without prior notice; current pricing is what's posted in-store and online at the time of service

Customer Responsibilities

• Empty all pockets before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, including cash, jewelry, electronics, or important documents.
• Disclose stains, allergies, or items requiring special care at drop-off
• Items not picked up within 30 days of completion may be donated or disposed of
• You confirm you own or are authorized to clean any items dropped off

Liability for Items

WaveMAX Laundry uses commercial-grade equipment and standard cleaning chemistry. We take care to handle your items as if they were our own. However, our liability for any lost, damaged, or destroyed item is limited to ten times (10x) the cost of cleaning that specific item, not to exceed $250 per item. We are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, fabric damage on items not labeled as machine-washable, or damage caused by items left in pockets. By using our service, you accept this limitation.

Pickup-and-Delivery Specifics

• Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Same-day or next-day pickup depends on driver availability and route
• Provide a safe, accessible pickup location. We are not responsible for items left unattended outside
• If a driver cannot reach the pickup location due to access restrictions, weather, or safety concerns, we may reschedule
• Cancellations made fewer than 2 hours before scheduled pickup may be subject to a service fee

Self-Service Laundry

Self-service customers operate machines at their own discretion. WaveMAX Laundry is not responsible for damage to clothing, lost items, or items left in machines after closing. Please follow posted machine instructions and store rules. Children must be supervised at all times. Card-payment systems are subject to the terms of the third-party payment processor.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all materials on our website are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveMAX Laundry, its franchisees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Accuracy of Materials

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, but content may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that materials are accurate, complete, or current. Pricing, hours, and service availability shown online may differ from in-store; the in-store information governs.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
