We may terminate this license at any time if you violate these Terms.<h2>Wash-Dry-Fold and Pickup-and-Delivery Service<\/h2>Our wash-dry-fold and pickup-and-delivery services are subject to the following:<h3>Pricing and Minimums<\/h3><ul><li>Pricing is by the pound, with location-specific minimum orders<\/li><li>Detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are included unless otherwise specified<\/li><li>Specialty items (down comforters, sleeping bags, pillows) and oversized items are priced separately \u2014 see your local store's price list<\/li><li>Pricing may change without prior notice; current pricing is what's posted in-store and online at the time of service<\/li><\/ul><h3>Customer Responsibilities<\/h3><ul><li>Empty all pockets before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, including cash, jewelry, electronics, or important documents.<\/li><li>Disclose stains, allergies, or items requiring special care at drop-off<\/li><li>Items not picked up within 30 days of completion may be donated or disposed of<\/li><li>You confirm you own or are authorized to clean any items dropped off<\/li><\/ul><h3>Liability for Items<\/h3>WaveMAX Laundry uses commercial-grade equipment and standard cleaning chemistry. We take care to handle your items as if they were our own. <strong>However, our liability for any lost, damaged, or destroyed item is limited to ten times (10x) the cost of cleaning that specific item, not to exceed $250 per item.<\/strong> We are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, fabric damage on items not labeled as machine-washable, or damage caused by items left in pockets. By using our service, you accept this limitation.<h3>Pickup-and-Delivery Specifics<\/h3><ul><li>Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Same-day or next-day pickup depends on driver availability and route<\/li><li>Provide a safe, accessible pickup location. We are not responsible for items left unattended outside<\/li><li>If a driver cannot reach the pickup location due to access restrictions, weather, or safety concerns, we may reschedule<\/li><li>Cancellations made fewer than 2 hours before scheduled pickup may be subject to a service fee<\/li><\/ul><h2>Self-Service Laundry<\/h2>Self-service customers operate machines at their own discretion. WaveMAX Laundry is not responsible for damage to clothing, lost items, or items left in machines after closing. Please follow posted machine instructions and store rules. Children must be supervised at all times. Card-payment systems are subject to the terms of the third-party payment processor.<h2>Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2>The Services and all materials on our website are provided \"as is\" and \"as available.\" We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.<h2>Limitation of Liability<\/h2>To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveMAX Laundry, its franchisees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages \u2014 including loss of profits, data, or goodwill \u2014 arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
