We are truly a semi-absentee business from day one. We typically ask for about 10 hours per week in-store to handle scheduling, manage staff, and oversee KPIs.
Most franchisees don’t hire a manager initially, and we recommend being in the store about 9 hours per week, 3 days a week, 3 hours per day.

Our Jacksonville company-owned store earned $217,762 net cash flow in 2024 after royalties, marketing, and POS, before equipment financing. Even with full financing, net income stood at $113,074.
